Description
Vintage 60s dress by designer Mary Quant for her diffusion label Ginger Group. The fabric label has faded but this feels like silk to me. The dress is in a loose tunic or smock style, with a button shirt front and long sleeves with double button shirt cuffs. The fabric is printed with a delicate paisley design in muted colours of cream, pale blue and black. The neckline is round and the dress is an above the knee mini length. This dress comes washed and ready to wear.
