1930s crepe skull cap with plaited edge

This little skull cap is very simple and has clearly been made at home by someone by the sewing inside. I would date it to the 1930s but it is possible it could be a bit later. It is made from a black crepe fabric. The edge is detailed with a pretty plaited trim, while the crown is unshaped and made to be pinned over your hairstyle however you wish. Due to the unshaped style and that it is worn on the back of the head, this could fit any head size.
