1930s style nautical jumper with neck bow

This blue and white knit top is in a fabulous 30s art deco style, but I believe it actually dates from the 1980s. The sleeves are slightly puffed and then fitted at three quarter or elbow length, there is a contrast bow detail at the neck, and the  jumper has a design of a triangular striped area which is then repeated in the sleeves. This has been handmade so there are no labels, but it feels like wool to me.

General size is medium to large, knit has some stretch. Condition is excellent.
