Description
Pretty printed satin robe by St Michael dating from the 1940s. I believe this is a rayon satin. The robe wraps around and fastens at the waist with a tie belt which threads through a hole at the side and can be tied at the front or back. It has small shoulder pads covered in the same satin fabric, and also a press stud at the bust (I believe this was added by a previous owner for modesty). The fabric is printed in a pink verging on purple colour, with a design of flowers and leaves. One patch pocket on the side.
Condition: very good. One small mark near the pocket but no other issues that I can see.
