Vintage late 50s suit comprising skirt and jacket. The skirt is in a straight cut pencil style with wide elastic waistband, and the jacket is single breasted with long sleeves and classic notched lapels. The jacket has two front pockets with faux flap. The fabric is some variety of synthetic; they did not include fibre labels then so I can’t be sure, but it feels like an early crimplene. The fabric design is very modernist, in a blocky faux tartan style print. Jacket and skirt are unlined. Label states Regnis regd.

General size is medium.  Condition is very good, there is one button missing from the bottom of the jacket but I only just noticed this while listing, so think it could be left as is. This item has been washed and is ready to wear.
