We do accept returns, however please be aware that this costs both buyer and seller money, so please pay close attention to the photographs, measurements and description of the item you are purchasing.
To arrange a return, please contact us using the contact form. This must be within two days of receiving your item, and the item must be unworn. We will then either issue you with a refund (minus a 15% restocking fee), or an exchange note for the full amount. Shipping fees will not be refunded, unless there has been an error in listing. Please return the item by tracked delivery or with proof of postage, as we cannot give refunds for items which are lost in the post.
For international returns, any customs charges incurred on the item re-entering the country are the responsibility of the customer, and will be deducted from the refund total.
Please be aware that vintage items can be delicate and should be handled carefully. We do not issue refunds for items that have been damaged by the buyer.
