80s London punks saying ‘what ho!’ to a palace guard
Vintage-lovers visiting or living in London should take a look at the fab new Vintage Guide to London website. This has been set up Lena of Style High Club, and I’ve already discovered loads of new shops I want to visit, events to go to, and retro cafes to eat in. Londoners love their vintage, so this will be hugely helpful in navigating all the different things to do in the city. The site can be browsed by area, decade, restaurants, shops, events, or arts and culture (which even incorporates book reviews, hurrah!).
As an example of the great finds on the site, this cafe in Camden is the very next place I am going to visit for a coffee:
